Terms of Use
By using Kemuri you agree to these terms.
Adults only
Kemuri is intended for adults of legal smoking age. It shows where smoking is allowed; it does not sell or promote tobacco.
Accuracy
Locations come from official municipal open data and OpenStreetMap, plus community reports. They may be inaccurate or out of date. Always follow posted signs and local laws. Kemuri is provided “as is”, without warranties, and is not responsible for fines or other consequences of relying on it.
Your reports
Verify or add a spot only when you are really there, with honest information — no false, offensive or unlawful content. Repeated false reports may be ignored or restricted. By adding a spot you allow Kemuri to show it to other users. Flag a wrong or inappropriate spot with “Report a problem” on its card or at fenyxiia@gmail.com; we review reports and remove content that breaks these terms.
Premium
Kemuri Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel it. The core map, verification and directions stay free.
